Total Legs Workout

A strong lower body is crucial whether you’re looking improve your running or sports performance, gym performance, or just every day function.  Strengthening your legs will not only work your quads and hamstrings but you will also be working your core, glutes, and improving balance.

There is a total leg workout you can do in your own home with just a pair of dumbbells.  There are videos below to show how each move is performed correctly.

  3. Donkey Kicks – 10
  4. Sumo Dumbbell Squats -10
  5. Dumbbell Deadlifts – 10
