Weekly Meal Plan 10-09-17 Love What You Eat

Planning ahead with a meal plan will ensure you stay on track with healthy eating for the week. Meal planning will also keep your portions in check and you will not be running out for last minute fast food choices. We plan our weekly meal plan around the sales for the week at our local Publix grocery store. Please feel free to modify the foods as needed for your local grocery store sales. Meal planning does not have to be complicated. Our meal plan is based on two days of meals that we alternate throughout the week. All meals except dinners are make in advance for easy grab and go meals. Dinners are made fresh every night. We buy organic as much as possible, especially when it is on sale. We understand not every meal plan is 100% organic and that is okay.
